Berkeley works with a small number of premium agents. Leads come to us directly from the developer and are paid on directly - which makes the arrangement performance-dependent in a way that ordinary agency work is not. It continues while the campaigns deliver, and stops when they do not.
Practically, that raises the bar on everything downstream of the ad. Registrations have to be clean and timely or the introduction is lost. Reporting has to reconcile to the developer's own numbers. Creative has to sit inside brand guidelines written for a listed housebuilder, not an agency. This is enterprise-grade marketing delivery, and I run it single-handed.
